Ted’s is owned and run by siblings Chefs Day and Gel Salonga of Sta. Cruz, Laguna. The compound that houses Ted’s Bed and Breakfast, Ted’s Kitchen and Ted’s Events Warehouse used to be the Salonga family farm and rice mill. Today, Ted’s has become known in Laguna for the quality food and hospitality they provide. From weddings to weekend getaways to corporate and cultural events, Ted’s has become the leader in providing professional services in a homey, familiar setting.
